A marketplace for local experiences across Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina — food tours, wine tastings, boat trips, guided excursions. Three apps split the business: a back office where providers manage what they offer, a storefront where travellers browse and book, and a portal where resorts and camps gather activities for their guests.
A group trip planning app, built end to end: invitations and RSVPs, a travel preferences survey, accommodation selection, and a shared itinerary everyone can see. Installs like a native app, and edits show up instantly for everyone planning the same trip.
A workout logger built around a fixed two-day split. Set-by-set entry with set roles (top set, back-off, normal), warmup weights suggested from the previous session, and progress charts. Written to a spec first, with private accounts and full offline use.

Site for a Zadar bar and food-truck catering business, bilingual in Croatian and English. Custom-built rather than assembled from a template, and set up so the owners update the content themselves instead of going back to a developer.
A pipeline for reviewing a whole site visually. It works through every page the site publishes, captures each one and compiles them into a single PDF, then files it where stakeholders sign off. Pages that only appear on demand, like the cookie dialog, can be triggered too.
